Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and CSAM in every form. We remove violating accounts and content, preserve relevant evidence when legally required, and report suspected CSAM or exploitation to the appropriate regional or national authorities and child-safety organizations as required by law.

Prohibited conduct and content

• Child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, coercion, or requests for sexual services
• Harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, hate speech, or encouragement of violence or self-harm
• Spam, scams, impersonation, malware, fraud, or attempts to obtain passwords or financial information
• Sharing another person’s private information, identity documents, or contact details without permission
• Illegal activity or content that infringes another person’s rights

How to report and block

1. Open the private chat with the person.
2. Tap More, then choose Report user.
3. Select the reason and submit the report.
4. Use Block user if you want to stop further contact.

For urgent child-safety concerns or if you cannot access the app, email help@sgmocks.com. Do not email illegal imagery; provide the public user ID and a description instead.

Moderation and enforcement

Authorized moderators can review reported accounts and retained conversation records. Depending on severity, we may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently remove an account; preserve evidence; and cooperate with lawful investigations. Filing knowingly false or abusive reports may also result in enforcement.
