SG Mocks is a test-series app at sgmocks.com.
We store your name, email, mobile number, state, district, and a hashed device id so one device can create one student account.
Login uses cookies on your browser or app. Admin staff use a separate login cookie.
Support chat may include photos you attach. Profile photo uploads are optional. Images stay on our servers for support and your account.
On login we may collect approximate GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude) to show where an account signed in. Location is used only for account security and admin review. You can deny the browser/app permission; login still works without GPS.
If you reset a password, we send a one-time code from otp@sgmocks.com.
Delete account sends a request to the admin. The account is removed only after an admin approves it.
